As a Press Operator, you'll be essential in producing high-quality automotive parts by operating and monitoring machinery. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a clean, modern environment that values its workers.

What You'll Do

As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for

• Operating and monitoring automated and manual press machinery safely and effectively.

• Conducting quality checks and visual inspections to ensure parts meet strict standards. • Using basic hand and power tools for machine setup and minor adjustments. • Maintaining accurate production and safety logs daily. • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards like 5S.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production environments.

• Ability to stand comfortably for 10-hour shifts and safely lift up to 50 lbs. • Mechanical aptitude with comfort using basic hand tools and following technical instructions. • Bonus skills such as experience with stamping presses, tow motors, or forklifts—though not required.
