What You'll Do

As a 2nd Shift Harness Hose Assembly, you will be responsible for:

• Reading work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble harnesses and hoses accurately • Using hand tools and machinery to cut, crimp, and connect wires and hoses to specifications • Inspecting assembled components to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met • Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace • Supporting production by meeting daily assembly goals, documenting work, and reporting issues to a supervisor

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or GED • Prior experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or a related hands-on role (preferred) • Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail • Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and follow detailed instructions
