Entry-Level Assembly Associate – Wire Harness | 3rd Shift

Location: Ravenna, OH (On-site) Pay: $17.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Shift: 3rd Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) Start Date: ASAP

We are urgently hiring Entry-Level Assembly Associates to join a clean, modern, and safety-focused manufacturing facility in Ravenna, OH.

In this role, you will assemble wire harnesses using simple, step-by-step instructions. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build a long-term manufacturing career. No previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required.

  What You’ll Do

• Assemble wire harnesses

• Install tubing, fittings, connectors, and related parts

• Follow clear written and visual work instructions

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform hands-on assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation

  What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• No prior assembly or factory experience needed

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling small parts

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
