Job Title: Maintenance Technician Pay: $34 – $36/hr (based on experience), $2/hr differential Hours: M-F, 2nd shift Start Date: ASAP

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform essential upkeep and repairs on industrial machinery to ensure safety and efficiency. You'll work closely with the maintenance team to keep production flowing without interruption and support the facility's operational needs.

What You'll Do

As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems • Troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment including presses, CNC centers, robotics, and HVAC systems • Executing routine lubrication, fluid checks, and oil/filter replacements • Managing work orders, tracking parts, and updating maintenance records using a CMMS • Analyzing equipment failures to suggest improvements and prevent future issues

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have • At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing • Strong knowledge of mechanical power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding • Experience with industrial controls, 480V 3-phase electrical systems, and CNC equipment (preferred) • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and clear communication
