Pay: $19 - $21 per hour Hours: 1st Shift: 7am-3pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am Start Date: ASAP

As a Forge Line Production Operator, you'll be a vital part of the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality forged products. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to support smooth operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

What You'll Do

As a Forge Line Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating the forge press as part of a skilled team of 3-4 members, ensuring precise and efficient production.
• Setting up and operating forge and trim presses to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
• Handling and operating supporting equipment and related processes to maintain continuous workflow.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote safety and operational efficiency.
• Conducting visual inspections of forged parts to verify accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 1 year of industrial or mechanical experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong shop math skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• The physical endurance to work in a hot, noisy environment, standing for 8+ hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
