Job Title: Production Mixer

Pay: $18 - $18.50 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (2nd shift); Tuesday–Friday 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM, Saturday 12:00 AM – 9:45 AM (3rd shift) Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Mixer, you'll support the production of high-quality snack products by mixing ingredients, moving materials, and assisting with packaging processes. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations and uphold safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

As a Production Mixer, you will be responsible for:

• Mixing and preparing ingredients according to formulas and production schedules

• Measuring, weighing, staging, and labeling materials accurately • Operating forklifts, tow motors, and hand trucks to move raw materials and finished goods • Supporting packaging and production teams as needed • Following GMP, safety, sanitation, and quality standards • Completing quality checks and documenting results • Maintaining clean and organized work areas and equipment • Assisting with inventory rotation using FIFO procedures • Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 1 year of forklift or tow motor experience

• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely • Basic math skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently • Willingness to work overtime as needed • Availability for 1st or 3rd shift • High school diploma or GED preferred • Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality Why Join Us in Solon?
