Job Title: Shipping Associate

Pay: $16/hr Hours: Full-Time | Overtime Available Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing products for shipment by weighing, labeling, stacking, and organizing materials
• Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and manual pallet jacks
• Completing shipping and receiving paperwork accurately
• Receiving incoming materials and properly storing inventory
• Performing routine forklift and equipment safety inspections
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area
• Prioritizing multiple tasks while working independently
• Traveling between Twinsburg and Peninsula facilities as needed
• Working overtime when production demands require it

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience (preferred)
• Previous forklift (tow motor) experience required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependability with a strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Strong communication and documentation skills
