Job Title: Press Operator 2nd Shift

Pay: $19.28 per hour Hours: Mon–Thurs, 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM (Friday OT as needed) Start Date: ASAP

As a Press Operator, you'll be responsible for running and overseeing industrial press machines to produce high-quality automotive parts. You’ll collaborate with team members to maintain safety standards and ensure production goals are met, contributing directly to a successful manufacturing process.

What You’ll Do

As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring industrial press machines to produce automotive components.
• Performing quality inspections on finished parts to ensure defect-free products.
• Using hand and power tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, spot-welding equipment) for setup, adjustments, and maintenance.
• Maintaining accurate production records and adhering to all safety protocols.
• Supporting a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation.
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Comfort using hand tools and following technical instructions precisely.
• Experience with press machines, forklifts, or tow motors is a plus but not required.
