As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting production processes, ensuring equipment and systems run smoothly, and helping meet safety and quality standards. You’ll work closely with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain efficient manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and supporting in-process production to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, FDA, and OSHA requirements
  • Creating and updating technical documents such as Device History Records, drawings, specifications, SOPs, and change requests
  • Supporting projects aimed at improving manufacturing costs, quality, and productivity
  • Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment and supporting systems in a timely manner
  • Documenting all maintenance and repair activities to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Supporting calibration programs for gauges and instruments
  • Managing inventory levels for consumables and spare parts
  • Performing staging, setup, changeover, and breakdown of production processes to meet throughput goals
  • Identifying equipment issues and taking proactive steps to prevent failures
  • Assisting with research, development, and process validation activities
  • Participating in large-scale projects involving fabrication and installation of new equipment and systems

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical systems technology preferred
  • Experience with repair, maintenance, and automation systems, especially in medical, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated environments
  • Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and automated manufacturing systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
