Pay: $15/hr Shift: 1st Shift, 7 AM - 3:45 PM, Mon-FriAlliance Industrial Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer of sports equipment and accessories to hire multiple Assembly Associates in Salisbury, North Carolina. These are immediate openings for dependable, detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing assembly experience.

Schedule1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs
?Usually overtime is fulfilled by coming in early and/or staying late so that working weekends is avoided
Weekend and holiday availability may be required as scheduled by management
Review work orders, parts lists, and assembly instructions before beginning work.
Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Position and assemble components using templates, measurements, hand tools, and power tools.
Ensure parts fit correctly and fasten components according to specifications.
Measure completed components and perform quality inspections for defects or imperfections.
Troubleshoot minor assembly issues by making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
Communicate material shortages, equipment needs, or production concerns to the supervisor.
Monitor supply inventory, verify incoming materials, and help maintain organized work areas.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience safely using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to stand and work on your feet for the full shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written instructions, measurements, and safety procedures.
