Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Machine Operators and Line Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Aurora, OH. If you have manufacturing, production, machine operation, or mechanical experience, this is a great opportunity to earn competitive pay while working a 4-day workweek with NO weekends.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment
• Run a corrugated plastic hose production line
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Coil, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Load raw materials to keep production running efficiently
• Report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of machine operation, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience
• Experience operating automated production equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout a 12-hour shift
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
