Forklift Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay: $20.97 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Schedule: 4-Day Workweek | Overtime Available Start Date: Immediate Openings

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for full-time openings with a reputable automotive parts manufacturer in Wooster, OH. These positions support material movement throughout the facility, including production areas, storage areas, staging areas, and shipping and receiving.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift

Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM Overtime: Friday, 8-hour shift as needed

3rd Shift

Sunday–Wednesday, 7:15 PM–5:45 AM Overtime: Thursday, 8-hour shift as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility

• Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and staging areas

• Transport materials to designated areas within the facility

• Stage, stack, organize, and move materials according to work instructions

• Maneuver forklifts safely in tight spaces and around team members, equipment, and materials

• Follow proper loading and unloading procedures to prevent product or material damage

• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns

• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Support material flow between departments as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or material handling environment

• Ability to safely load, unload, stage, stack, and move materials

• Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions

• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and material handling procedures

• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime as needed
