CNC Lathe Operator 

Starting Pay: $23-$24 per hour Hours: 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

As a CNC Lathe Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the production of punches, dies, and shear blades that power industrial tools. You’ll work in a friendly, team-oriented environment with a focus on craftsmanship and precision.

As a CNC Lathe Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machinery to produce precision tooling parts. You will work closely with our machining team to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in tooling manufacturing.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating Mori-Seiki and Doosan CNC lathe machines with Fanuc controls.
• Performing tool changes and handling offsets to ensure precise machining.
• Changing inserts to maintain optimal cutting conditions.
• Reading and interpreting detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
• Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed for quality control.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Documenting production activities and maintaining accurate production records.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 2 or more years of CNC machining experience, specifically with lathe equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Euclid, Ohio, and offers a standard first shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
