Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Track materials to support production schedules
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages
- Process orders, jobs, and inventory reports
- Update ERP/WMS systems and documentation
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement
- Support warehouse organization and material flow
Requirements
- 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- ERP/WMS system experience
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred
- Lean manufacturing or inventory control experience
