What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating production and machine equipment to meet daily targets.
• Inspecting finished products for quality, including checks for cuts, folds, alignment, and defects.
• Loading raw materials and unloading finished products with care and precision.
• Monitoring machine performance and troubleshooting minor issues to prevent downtime.
• Packaging finished products accurately, tracking production quantities, and maintaining documentation.
• Following all safety guidelines, wearing required PPE, and adhering to best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred but not required.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime when necessary.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills to follow work orders and specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and documentation.
• Steel toe boots and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
