Looking for a stable, hands-on manufacturing job with consistent hours? We’re hiring 3rd Shift CNC Operators in Twinsburg! No advanced programming required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Operate CNC machines, casting equipment, and trim presses
• Inspect parts for quality and identify defects
• Follow work instructions, gauges, and setup sheets
• Complete production paperwork and track time accurately
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report problems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Use basic hand tools and assist with routine maintenance
• Meet production goals and support team needs

• CNC or manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level considered)
• Ability to read basic instructions and follow processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
