Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay: $26 - $27 per hour Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday Start Date: ASAP

In this vital position, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and infrastructure, supporting daily production and facility safety. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager to keep the plant running seamlessly and contribute to a safe, clean work environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all equipment within the facility, performing repairs, managing service calls from the office, plant, and warehouse, and overseeing third-party repairs. You will shovel snow, salt walkways during inclement weather, and ensure all outdoor and indoor areas remain safe and accessible. You will keep detailed logs of maintenance work, tag equipment for safety compliance, and adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Maintaining a clean work area and supporting other duties as assigned will also be part of your daily tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, tickets, and documents effectively. Strong basic math skills, dependable attendance, and a safety-conscious mindset are essential. Physical strength and stamina to move up to 100 pounds, operate forklifts and other equipment safely, and work in various environmental conditions are required. Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude will help you succeed.
