Pay: $18.00/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Overtime; 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM + Overtime (flexible scheduling available) Start Date: Immediate openings

As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our warehouse operations. You'll work closely with the team to ensure accurate order fulfillment, material handling, and maintaining a safe workspace—all while contributing to the success of a growing company.

What You’ll Do:

• Use RF scanners to pick and verify orders efficiently and accurately
• Pack and palletize products securely for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials to ensure quality and accuracy
• Build and organize pallets and crates for smooth shipping processes
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse
• Assist with various material handling and labor tasks as needed
• Support production activities, including cutting materials and working at heights on racks

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials regularly and safely
• Comfort with using hand and power tools
• Ability to read basic measurements, such as tape measures
• Steel-toe boots are required for safety
• Comfortable working on ladders and in elevated areas

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• RF scanner experience for order picking efficiency
• Forklift or overhead crane experience for material handling
