Job Title: Fulfillment Associate I and Logistics II

Pay: $17 - $18.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes 2 paid 15-minute breaks and a ½ hour non-paid lunch) Start Date: ASAP

In this vital role, you’ll support essential operations and ensure the smooth flow of food distribution.

As a Fulfillment Associate I, you’ll:

• Assist in receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping orders to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Utilize computer systems for tracking inventory and processing orders.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and adapt to changing priorities.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of warehouse experience in a large, fast-paced facility, particularly in receiving, fulfillment, and shipping functions.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in pallet jack operation.
  • Strong safety awareness and practice.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including scanning, typing, and navigation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Intermediate math skills for inventory and package management.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
