Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Assembly Associates / Production Workers for a growing manufacturing company in Mentor, Ohio.

• $16.00 per hour
• Weekly Pay
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Full-Time

• Assemble stainless steel parts and components
• Follow assembly instructions, work orders, drawings, and specifications
• Read and interpret Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Move materials and parts throughout the production area
• Install components and complete assembly steps
• Perform basic cutting tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support daily production goals

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
