Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Assemblers in Ravenna, Ohio for immediate openings on 2nd and 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Location: Ravenna, Ohio

Job Type: Full-Time | Weekly Pay Job Responsibilities

• Assemble tubing harnesses and components using templates and detailed instructions

• Select correct tubing types, fittings, and materials based on specifications

• Install and tighten fittings to required specifications

• Perform precise hand assembly while maintaining product quality standards

• Maintain consistent production output while following safety procedures

• Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive assembly tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
