Job Title: Warehouse Associate Pay: $16/hour (earn a pay increase after 30 days based on performance) Hours: 1st Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Overtime and Saturdays as needed) Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient inventory management. You’ll work closely with a team leader and a group of dedicated coworkers to deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Organizing and managing inventory within a large warehouse of 28,000 - 30,000 square feet.
• Reading purchase orders (POs) accurately to understand quantities and staging needs.
• Efficiently pulling items from shelves and preparing them for shipment, including labeling and placing stickers on pallets for each truck load.
• Operating forklifts and electric pallet lifts safely and effectively.
• Loading trucks with precision while adhering to all safety and operational protocols.
• Collaborating within a supportive team environment to meet operational goals.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Managerial or team leader experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to discern colors accurately as per specifications.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Austintown, OH, with scheduled hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, plus overtime and Saturday work as required.
