Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate

Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Start Date: November 25, 2025

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient operations within our shipping and receiving department. You’ll work closely with your team to support daily logistics and enhance overall workflow, ensuring a positive experience for both our staff and customers.

What You’ll Do:

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Weighing parts using floor and bench scales to ensure proper handling.
• Sorting and inspecting parts to maintain quality control.
• Packaging items for internal movement or customer shipment with care and precision.
• Preparing and staging shipments for carrier pickup to meet delivery schedules.
• Accurately labeling boxes, containers, and pallets for seamless tracking.
• Performing inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas to promote a productive environment.
• Assisting with loading and unloading shipments as needed to support team efforts.
• Contributing to shop and office tasks as operational needs require to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred to hit the ground running.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills to support daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
• A reliable attendance record and a strong work ethic that contributes to team success.
• Comfort working in an industrial environment to adapt to various scenarios.

Location & Schedule:
