Job Title: Day Customer Service Representative

Pay: $17 per hour Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 days on, 3 days off) Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Accurately processing customer orders while effectively managing inventory levels.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to enhance operational efficiency and logistics.
• Maintaining organized documentation related to order processing and invoicing.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in order processing, invoicing, and inventory management.
• At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
