Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Pay: $28 - $35 per hour Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do: As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance on equipment to determine when and what kind of maintenance is necessary.
• Diagnosing mechanical problems and determining how to correct them by reviewing blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as needed.
• Repairing machines or systems using the necessary tools and techniques.
• Inspecting, operating, or testing machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Dismantling machines or equipment to access and remove defective parts using various tools.
• Conducting preventive maintenance actions, including inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, and replacing filters.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and peers to ensure collaborative problem-solving.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by cleaning work areas and tools.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to safety and maintaining excellent standards in work practices.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
