Job Title: 1st Shift Packaging

Pay: $15.50 per hour Hours: Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday 7:15 AM - 4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a 1st Shift Packaging Temp Rework, you will play an essential role in supporting daily operations and ensuring that our distribution processes run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our warehouse team to deliver results that make a difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

As a 1st Shift Packaging, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing orders for shipment based on pick tickets and customer specifications.
• Packaging and shipping orders in accordance with company guidelines and best practices.
• Unloading, sorting, counting, and labeling incoming inventory.
• Operating distribution center equipment, including forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Utilizing WMS RF scan guns for various distribution center activities to enhance workflow.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in every task.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended shifts.
• The strength to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on occasion.
• A commitment to working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This position is on-site in Hudson, OH, with first shift hours from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday) or 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM (Sunday-Thursday).
