We are seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our plastic molding team. This position involves operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines, performing quality checks, and ensuring that production goals are met safely and efficiently. This is a full time position in North Royalton, Ohio.
Location - North Royalton
Shifts - All Shifts have the possibility of Overtime on Saturday as needed.
1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Pay: Varies Based on Shift $17-19/hr
Key ResponsibilitiesRemove finished plastic parts from molds and perform basic trimming or inspection.
Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Package, label, and prepare parts for shipment or further processing.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or equipment concerns.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
