Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring a diligent and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our team in an industrial flat-rolled steel production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging steel coils and sheets according to customer-specific requirements, ensuring high standards of quality control, and adhering to all safety protocols.
Location: Warren, OH
Compensation and Schedule:
$19/hr
Rotating shifts: Week 1 (7am-3pm), Week 2 (3pm-11pm).
Mandatory overtime when scheduled.
Steel toe boots required.
Mandatory hand-written tape measure test required before hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Package steel coils and sheets to meet customer specifications.
Conduct precise measurements and inspections to ensure product quality.
Apply protective materials and secure products with appropriate strapping.
Label packaged products accurately with necessary information.
Adhere to company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
