We are seeking a Robot Operator to set up, program, and run automated equipment that carves custom foam cushions for wheelchairs. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong commitment to quality. This is a full time 2nd shift position in Elyria, Ohio.
Location - Elyria, Ohio
Shift - 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 1:30 PM to 11 PM, Friday 1:30 - 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hr to Start
Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and secure foam blanks or other materials for cutting.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
Inspect finished cushions for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and conformance to specifications.
Maintain and clean CNC machines, tools, and work areas.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues.
Qualifications
Required:
1–3 years of experience operating CNC machinery or similar automated manufacturing equipment.
Basic computer and measurement tool proficiency (calipers, gauges, etc.).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
