ID/OD Grinder - Any Shifts - Direct Hire - $29 - $34
Producer of landing gear which serves the civil and military aerospace markets in North America, Europe and the United Kingdom is currently seeking ID/OD Grinders for any shift.
This ID/OD Grinder position requires
Minimum of 3 years of experience in related environment including previous work in forming grinding wheels (radius, angles).
Read manufacturing sketches, inspection tools and have knowledge of Quality Control, gages, and micrometers.
ID/OD grinding, metal grinding (titanium/steel)
Sunnen Honing Machine experience preferred
Responsibilities
Sets up and operates internal grinding machines to grind internal cylindrical and tapered surfaces of rotating metal workpieces, such as tool, die, and machined parts, usually for limited runs, analyzes blueprints and specifications of selecting tooling according to knowledge of internal grinding procedures. Unlimited voluntary overtime available!
