We are seeking Production Associates for a full time position with our client, a leading producer of one of the world's most popular trading card games located in Durham, NC. This is a full time, night shift position located in Durham, NC.
Pay: $16.13/hr
Shift: 7pm-7am 2-2-3
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures and be prepared to stop machinery in case of emergency.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
- Calibrate and operate manual scales to verify product weight accurately.
- Collect and inspect finished products from the wrapper machine for quality, defects, and proper sealing.
- Pack inspected products into appropriate containers according to instructions.
- Feed displays into shrink wrap machines and inspect wrapped products for quality.
- Weigh, label, and palletize finished products for shipment based on job specifications.
- Assist with basic mechanical issues and report equipment or material problems promptly.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and ISO standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth production operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during assigned shifts.
