Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a local distiller and we are looking for a Packaging Line Lead!  This is a full time 1st shift position in Zebulon, NC. YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER FOR THIS POSITION Shift: 7:30am - 4pm Mon-Fri (occasional Saturday OT) Pay: $23/hr - $27/hr BOE  

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Packaging Line Lead to oversee and guide daily operations on our packaging line. In this role, you’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and product quality while supervising and supporting team members. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with mechanical skills, team management experience, and a passion for production excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily packaging line operations and supervise team members
  • Ensure packaging activities meet quality, safety, and production standards
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment
  • Train and support new and current employees on procedures and best practices
  • Serve as the point of contact for equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance
  • Perform quality checks and report any defects or concerns
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

What We're Looking For:
  • Leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing or production environment (please do not apply if you do not have this experience)
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and maintain packaging equipment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead by example with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in beverage, bottling, or food manufacturing 
  • Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of 5S or Lean Manufacturing principles
  • High School Diploma or GED
