Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading photo imaging and information delivery solutions company and is looking for an Inventory Associate! This is a full time day shift position in Concord, NC.

Pay: $17/hr Shift: 6am-6pm 2-2-3  Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Inventory Associate to support the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems. This role plays a critical part in our operations by performing daily cycle counts, participating in physical inventories, auditing processes, and collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and experienced with inventory practices in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts and participate in full physical inventories
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to maintain data accuracy
• Communicate professionally with multiple departments to resolve inventory issues
• Utilize equipment and technology for inventory activities (cycle counts, physicals, audits)
• Support and uphold 5S standards across the facility
• Conduct random process audits to ensure compliance and integrity
• Create inventory-related reports, charts, and graphs using production data
• Identify and report aging and obsolete inventory
• Assist in maintaining inventory control procedures, forms, and records
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Forklift experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across departments
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Education & Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing and inventory control
