Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a company located in Solon, Ohio. We are the world leader in supplying the airline industry with packaged nuts, snacks and fruit mixes. We produce almost ½ billion bags of nuts, nut mixes, peanuts, snack mixes, dried fruits and dried fruit mixes every year! We are actively seeking Machine Operators who are pursing a career opportunity with a large, growing company!  Machine Operator Pay & Benefits: 

• $16.50 - $19.80 to starting position and increase
• $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity!)
• Temp to Hire role into the Union after 30 days if accepted. Pay increase at that time when hired/

Machine Operator Shifts: 

• 3rd shift: 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM (Tuesday - Friday) 12:00 AM - 9:45 AM (Saturday)
• Overtime mandatory 

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Setup and operate packaging machine according to specifications
• Coordinates with mixer ensuring product is produced in a timely manner
• Applies appropriate label and/or appropriate printing to bag
• Pack nut mixes into boxes 
• Conduct product quality inspection meeting specifications - weighing, labeling and printing
• Seals packaged products on pallets 
• General housekeeping and maintaining a clean workspace
• Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practice standards to ensure continuous safety 

Machine Operator Requirements 

• High School Diploma or GED preferred 
• Prior experience in manufacturing / machinery preferred 
• Basic understanding of math
• Drug Test required
