Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a nationwide EPA-Certified Refrigerant Reclaimer and we are looking for General Helpers!  This is a full time, 1st shift position in Clayton, NC.

Shift: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri Pay: $15/hr  

Job Summary:

As a General Helper, you’ll be an essential part of our manufacturing process. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to learn. You’ll be responsible for handling refrigerant jugs on the line and ensuring they meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut the top off refrigerant jugs using provided tools and equipment

• Apply paint to jugs as required by company specifications

• Return processed jugs to the production line in a timely and organized manner

• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with other general tasks as needed in the production environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Comfortable using hand tools and working in a physically active role

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
