Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a certified precision CNC machine shop that specializes in prototypes and low to mid-volume production for OEMs and we are looking for a CNC Mill Programmer/Setup/Operator ASAP!

Shift: 8a-5p M-F

Pay: $30/hr

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer/Setup/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with extensive experience in programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling centers. You will be responsible for ensuring precise part production on CNC mills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines, including 3-4 axis, 3+2’s, and horizontal milling centers.

• Perform tooling setups 

• Make tool offsets 

• Maintain machine accuracy.

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for production.

• Ensure quality control throughout the production process by adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling centers.

• Proficient in tooling setup and machine offsets.

• Strong understanding of CNC milling concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with G-code programming.

• Familiarity with CAM software.
