Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a company that crafts all-natural extracts and flavors for the flavor, fragrance, food, brewing, distilling, confectionery, and nutraceutical industries and we are looking for Machine Operators!

2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm M-F 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am M-F Pay: $20-$25/hr BOE We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves managing extractions, distillations, and the compounding of formulas following SLPs. The Machine Operator will oversee production scheduling, maintain records, and operate complex equipment to ensure consistent and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extraction and Distillation: Manage extractions, distillations, and the compounding of formulas using SLPs to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Production Documentation: Complete and finalize production documentation with precision and accuracy.
• Production Scheduling: Take overall responsibility for efficient production scheduling to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
• Quality and Compliance: Maintain high standards of GMP, HACCP, and housekeeping within the department through active team involvement.
• Scale-Up Operations: Manage the scale-up of large recipes from SLPs to meet production requirements.
• Equipment Operation: Operate continuous batch distillation systems and coordinate timing across multiple vessels and stills.
• Machine Operation: Operate advanced machinery such as static and agitated extraction vessels, high-performance distillation equipment, and spray-drying systems.
• Records and Recipes: Maintain and update SLP records and recipes with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and quality control.
• Material Handling: Load and unload extraction vessels as needed to support production cycles.

Equipment Operators Will Use:

• Extraction Equipment: Static and agitated vessels for deriving natural compounds.
• Distillation Systems: High-performance batch and continuous distillation units designed for low heat and high vacuum processing.
• Spray-Drying Systems: Machines for converting liquid extracts into powdered forms.
• Grinding Machines: For fine-tuning the consistency of raw materials and finished products.
• Roasting Equipment: For enhancing the flavor profile of natural extracts.
• Blending Machines: Used for precise mixing of ingredients to meet product specifications.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in machine operation
• Knowledge of machines listed above is a HUGE PLUS!
• Technical knowledge of pumps, valves, and other mechanical systems.
• Strong aptitude for working cross-functionally with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
