We’re seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This role works under direct supervision to develop the skills and knowledge needed to apply quality standards, perform audits, and conduct inspection tasks in a shop environment.

Physical Effort and Work Environment:

• Work in a shop environment.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 25 lbs.
• Exposed to noise, airborne particles, and plastic fumes.

Responsibilities:

• Learn production procedures to ensure products meet engineering specifications.
• Verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded and purchased parts.
• Learn and apply testing protocols using measuring and testing equipment.
• Acquire knowledge of process audits to ensure adherence to work instructions.
• Conduct dock audits to verify shipping and packaging standards.
• Record inspection data accurately in the database.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
