Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a worldwide leader in zipper manufacturing and we are looking for Material Handlers! 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM Mon-Thu Pay: $16.50/hr GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

To move materials to Weaving for processing and woven materials to appropriate areas for further processing throughout the plant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Locate the correct materials as indicated on production tickets.
• Place finished goods in inventory if they are not to be processed immediately.
• Take inventory on stored goods in Weaving
• General housekeeping in Weaving
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ Months of Warehouse or Manufacturing experience
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Prioritize tasks
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Constant walking and pulling of boxes from Weaving shelves entire 10 hour shift.
• Lifting of at least 50lbs required for this job position.
