Alliance Industrial Solutions has been enlisted to help our partner in Piedmont, SC optimize their workforce with new talent. Our partner is an automotive parts service provider and has many positions open, hiring immediately. We are currently seeking Production Associates including: rackers, loaders, and operators.

Production Associate Pay:

• Pay rates for these positions range from $16.00 to $17.00 based on the line you are assigned to.
• After a brief probationary period, employees are eligible for a full benefits package including various forms of insurance, PTO, and retirement options

Production Associate Hours:

• 2nd Shift - 3:55PM-12:30AM
• 3rd Shift- 11:55PM-8:30 AM (Monday - Friday)
• Overtime may be required or built into your normal schedule

Production Associate Job Duties:

• Ensures parts are racked/loaded and unracked/unloaded from racks and barrels according to standard work instruction
• Alert shift team leader and lead associate of any abnormal conditions including part appearance, plating thickness, flight bar, rack or barrel condition, machine function, and alarms
• Pack out parts according to the standard work instruction
• Properly store racks, barrels, and customer containers
• Assist in machine start-up and shut-down
• Packaging, labeling, and sorting of customer parts as directed by shift Team Leader
• Perform end of shift clean-up

Production Associate Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 months prior production experience
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
• Bending and lifting with frequency
• Ability to complete repetitive motion tasks consistently and follow standard work procedure
• Ability to stand and move about freely for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to work in a noisy environment
• Previous manufacturing experience in a high volume environment is preferable
