Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Warehouse Associates for our client located near the Akron/Canton airport. Their diverse product range includes ATMs, ATM security software, mobile banking software, and much more. 

Please note: this position is not accessible by public transportation. Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $15/hr, room to grow

Shift Info:

• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 12:00am
• 3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
• Mandatory Overtime -- must be flexible! 

Qualifications:

• Proficient in operating Material Handling Equipment (e.g., Forklift, Reach Truck, Stock picker) - certification provided.
• Experienced in performing safety checks on equipment.
• Familiar with scanning equipment for material transactions.
• Skilled in consolidating and packing materials for efficient pallet filling. 
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.    

Warehouse Duties: 

• Adaptable to fast-paced warehouse environments and versatile in various areas. 
• Effective communication with peers and supervisors. 
• Precise material identification and counting skills. 
• Prompt reporting of lost or damaged materials to team leads or supervisors.
• Ensuring secure and proper packaging of materials.
• Monitoring documentation and labeling accuracy.
• Maintaining inventory through proper warehouse transactions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Physical ability to work on feet, carry, and stack materials.

Your role within the operation may involve tasks like shipping, receiving, material storage, or delivery. Regardless of your warehouse area, you're expected to perform tasks promptly and accurately to ensure timely material delivery to both internal and external customers.
