Shift Options:
Day shift, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-2-3 schedule)
Night shift, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)
Start Date: ASAP
Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
Process customer orders accurately and support inventory tracking
Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams on daily workflows
Operate forklifts to move inventory and support order fulfillment
Maintain organized records for orders, invoices, and shipping documents
High school diploma or GED
1 year or more of customer service experience
Forklift experience required
At least 6 months of warehouse experience
Experience with order processing, invoicing, or inventory control
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
