I'm Rylee :) I've been recruiting for 7 years, and my oh my has the nursing market changed in that time! I've been fortunate enough to grow in my career and still be able to work with some of the same great nurses I met when I was just a baby recruiter! I recently got married and we have two dogs- Watson and Ellie! We currently live in Austin, TX but are moving to the North East this summer- I have mixed feelings about the snow! We love spending time outside with the dogs, playing pickleball, and enjoying all the neat things Austin has to offer! I look forward to helping you with your career progression and am always just a call or text away!

Why I love to recruit
My favorite part of recruiting is getting to know and learn so much about so many different people! While my main job is to find jobs for nurses, I love when I can go one step further and really create a friendship and learn more than just where someone wants to work for a contract! It's so neat for me to be able to grow alongside my nurses and watch them accomplish big things throughout the years- personally and professionally!

When I'm not working I like to
cook, work out, play with our dogs!
