Donna Rainer

With over four years of experience in the recruiting industry since March 2021, I specialize in staffing Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities throughout the New Orleans and Metairie area. My passion for this work is deeply personal—having had elderly family members in long-term care, and also nurses in the family working in nursing homes, I’ve witnessed both the challenges and the impact that compassionate caregivers can make. It’s an honor to take care of people who take care of people.

My values are rooted in strong Christian faith, family, and kindness. I find joy in a simple, wholesome life filled with love, laughter, and positivity! I strive to bring empathy and integrity to everything I do, both professionally and personally.
