Jay has always provided the best nursing recruiting experience. I’ve traveled with other nurses from Advantage and Jay is a “household name”. I can always text or email for help/questions and I get a response almost immediately. I’ve gone into each contract with complete confidence because of what Jay provides me with. He sets the standard very high and I don’t think I’d ever work with another recruiter.

Jay was very knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. He answered all of my questions and communicated with me every step of the way. Unfortunately the site took too long to process my submission so I withdrew myself from consideration. Jay kept me in mind and reached out with a different opportunity.
