Erica was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she promptly answered and addressed all questions and concerns. She kept me informed and up to date on all the steps leading up to offer acceptance. Erica checked in on me daily letting me know what to expect next. She was extremely thorough.
