Jodi has moved the bar to a new high. There have been a few recruiters contact me with opportunities throughout my career; some have been from the HR department at other companies, but most have been from other staffing agencies. While I have always had positive experiences with previous recruiters, there is typically one or more areas they would rate less than five stars (e.g. knowledge about my industry, not reviewing my resume to know me better, etc.). I had a great first interaction with Jodi, but she made a lasting impression on me with the positive experience I repeatedly had, from every phone call and email, to the discussions about the opportunity and background. I have always felt more than adequately informed about the current status, the opportunity, and the prospective company; however, perhaps one of the best aspects of working with Jodi is her attention to detail, and really taking time to understand me, my history, my goals and desired next step. Jodi sets herself apart from everyone I previously referenced by taking everything she knows (e.g. industry, company/opportunity, myself) and continuing to build our relationship while combining the knowledge to ensure it's the right fit. Throughout this process, I have always been confident in my perspective of where I align with the opportunity, the prospect itself, and generally informed and prepared; all of this is thanks to Jodi and her personal approach to the job she does so well.
Kendra and the AddamsGabbert team provide a white glove experience at every encounter — from the screening call, to tips on interviews, and even escorting you into an interview to facilitate initial introductions to your potential employer. They’re true advisors and advocates of each candidate! Kendra helped me handle the process with ease. I won’t hesitate to recommend her, or the rest of the team for any future endeavors or connections.

Bonnie was amazing. She reached out to me with an opportunity that she thought might be a good fit and it happened to be the exact time I was contemplating looking for a new job. Bonnie is great! She listens to what type of position you are looking for, and only brings you opportunities that fit your skillset. She would never bring a C# dev a Java job.
