About Franca Diona:

Franca keep me posted on the interview at least once a week to let me know the progress of my interview every step of the way. Once she received feedback from my 2nd interview, she let me know that the firm was interested and that they were waiting to make a decision. Then she let me know the following week that they should be hopefully make a decision this week. Once an offer was made, Franca reached out to me via text, email and voicemail to let me know. Waiting almost 2 months to get this offer required patience and in this regard, it was important for her to keep me informed of the status. Not many recruiters would do that. She was responsive in that regard. I would definitely work with her again, but I'm hoping that I don't have to. She made the long process a positive experience.

My experience was ok. Franca explained the details of the job and was honest about their needs. She read over my resume and saw that I was a possible fit so asked that I submit and apply for the job. Have not heard back as of yet but it's also holiday time so I'm sure it may take a minute if at all. All in all a very business like and expected recruiter behavior.
