CJ is a very thorough and responsive professional. He does a great job representing you and your interests in front of a potential employer, effectively instilling trust in the recruiter/candidate relationship. He delivers feedback in all forms in a professional and direct manner, making it clear as to where you stand with the employer. What's especially unique about CJ is his natural ability to develop a continuing relationship with candidates. About CJ Eiban:

CJ and I started working together last year when I was at Pike engineering. I probably interviewed 100 candidates before CJ came along. We ended up hiring one of his first three candidates and probably could have hired all of them. Pike was tough to get people hired. CJ and I became really good friends through the process. In fact, he was a groomsman in my wedding last month. CJ takes his job seriously and really does care for his candidates. Hell of a guy!
