Hi everyone!

My name is Ava and I moved to the Charlotte area after graduating from USC in 2021. I started my career in light industrial staffing but had an amazing opportunity to work at Accrue. I am now on the Accounting/Finance team and truly enjoy the wide range of roles and clients I get to work with. I have placed candidates anywhere from entry-level roles up to Finance Manager and Controller roles. I mainly specialize in AP/AR, Staff Accountant, Payroll, and Financial Analyst roles.
